I’m a clinical mental health counseling provider with 10 years of healthcare experience and a particular interest in supporting the mental health of individuals as they navigate feeling overwhelmed and in chronic distress, depression, anxiety, family strain, burnout, identity concerns, and significant life restructuring. I bring a grounded, compassionate, and culturally aware approach to supporting clients through adjusting to young adulthood, career changes, parenthood, redefining relationships, rebuilding after hardship, or learning to reclaim their own lives on their own terms. I am drawn to issues surrounding self-esteem, emotional regulation, role changes, grief, boundaries, and the impact of long-term stress on mental health. For many clients, these challenges are not isolated events but part of a larger story, and I see therapy as a place where we can slow down that story long enough to rewrite the parts no longer serving you.
I deeply value cultural humility and I’m intentional about creating an environment where identity, cultural context, and lived experience are not only acknowledged but respected as essential pieces of the therapeutic process. I understand that healing does not look the same for everyone, and our histories, families, and communities shape the ways we cope, carry, or communicate. I welcome conversations that explore how race, gender, socioeconomic stress, spirituality, family systems, and cultural expectations influence your mental health. My goal is for clients to feel seen without having to over-explain themselves
or their experiences.
I offer therapy in English and incorporate a multicultural lens into sessions. This means I pay close attention to how language, cultural values, generational patterns, immigration experiences, and social identities shape the way clients make meaning of their world. I believe therapy should honor the whole person, not just the symptoms that appear during difficult times.
To support evidence-based, holistic, developmentally-focused and culturally sensitive treatment of mental helath disorders and distress, I include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. I also value Solution-Focused work, especially when clients seek clarity, direction, or small yet powerful shifts that can create momentum in their daily lives. Rather than forcing one specific style, I tailor sessions to match your needs, strengths, and pace. Evidence-based techniques matter, but so does creating space for reflection, honesty, and growth.
My presence is warm, engaging, and steady. I take your experiences seriously, but I’m not afraid to bring in gentle humor or lightness when it feels supportive. I show up authentically in the room, and I encourage my clients to do the same. I am direct when needed but always collaborative; my work is rooted in respect and partnership. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to tell the truth about where you are and hopeful enough to imagine where you want to be.

My therapy style is dynamic, flexible, and centered around connection. Some sessions may feel structured and goal-oriented, while others may be more conversational, reflective, or mindfulness-based in nature. I value adaptability because life rarely stays the same, and therapy should be able to shift with you. Whether we’re breaking down old patterns, working through emotional weight, or building confidence in your voice and choices, our work together will be grounded in compassion, clarity, and empowerment.
Above all, I believe people are capable of profound change, even in situations that feel impossible. You deserve a space where your story can be heard, and your healing can unfold—one step at a time. If you’re ready to explore your next chapter, I’m here to walk that path with you.
