I work with adults, including those in young adulthood, navigating college, early careers, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy with challenges around anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, and relationships. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we explore your unique experiences--making considerations for developmental factors, culture, personality and goals-- uncover patterns shaping your life, and build practical strategies for coping, resilience and growth. My goal is to communicate (verbally and nonverbally) with you in a way that makes you grow comfortable overtime sharing your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe and calm space where you feel heard, seen, emotionally felt, known and supported as you move toward greater clarity, acceptance of self, compassion, understanding and balance.

Because every client’s experiences and how they process these experiences cognitively, emotionally and behaviorally is different, I tailor each session to your individual needs. I draw from a variety of approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic and interpersonal work, motivational interviewing, and culturally sensitive frameworks. This flexibility allows us to focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s regulating emotions, understanding the past to better responding tot he present and future, focusing on the future and the present, navigating relationships, or developing new ways of coping. I place importance on getting to know you first (before your challenges), building a genuine relationship with each client, knowing that the therapeutic connection itself can be a powerful part of healing.

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, thoughtful and able to balance being serious with bringing lightness into our work. I enjoy helping people “connect the dots” between past and present experiences, guiding them toward new insights and lasting change. With curiosity and compassion, I’ll walk alongside you as you strengthen resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful shifts in your life.

I received my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from New York University and currently provide counseling under clinical supervision as I work toward independent licensure.
